When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the difference for the current billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current features until then. If you decide to cancel, your site remains live until the end of your paid period. After that, it reverts to the Free plan limitations. You won't lose any content. You just won't be able to use premium features until you resubscribe.

We won't cut off your forms mid month or cause you to lose leads. If you're approaching your limit, we'll notify you so you can decide whether to upgrade. Once you hit your limit, new form submissions are queued and held for 7 days. You can upgrade your plan to immediately release the queued submissions, or wait until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. For businesses with unpredictable traffic spikes, we recommend the Team plan which includes 250 submissions per month, or Enterprise for unlimited submissions.

On the Free plan, yes. A small "Powered by Oaysus" badge appears in the footer of your published pages. It's subtle and professionally designed to not detract from your content. Annual billing gives you 20% off compared to paying monthly. You pay once per year and lock in your rate for the full 12 months. For example, Pro costs $29/month when paid monthly ($348/year), but only $278 when paid annually, saving you $70. Team costs $79/month ($948/year) or $758 annually, saving you $190. Annual plans are non refundable but include all plan benefits for the full year.
